Arrived broken twice
Ordered this as a gift for my sister for Christmas and it arrived damaged. The foam in the product is not deep enough to hold the contents throughout travel, so the wine opener with the sharp needle came lose and scratched the other items and ripped up the inside felt as well. I had a replacement sent out to me and the same thing had happened, along with the wine aerator being shattered.Arriving damaged or not, I attempted to use the product several times in comparison with my own wine opener that is very similar but from another company and this product could not compare. It is very very flimsy. You can hear it creak as you squeeze the bottle and attempt to open it, the needle doesn't fit over the middle of the cork - it is on the side and makes it very difficult, and it is overall just built very cheaply. Do yourself a favor, spend the same money on a set that includes less. The quality will be much better and you don't need all the extra crap anyway.

Perfect gift for all wine lovers!
Bought for my boss and it was perfect. The box is beautiful and can be displayed in his wine room and not in a drawer. The opener was sturdy and beautiful brushed copper. I almost kept it for myself and got him something else. It was a great purchase.
