This is a awesome book, It is straight to the point I love that I don’t want to read 5 pages of blabber leading up to the point I want to get straight to it. Tells you where to find the herbs how to take it, tells you what you need to know good and bad. I suppose it does leave alot if questions aswell but it’s a good jumping off point and a good quick reference
