Folding lock breaks every time.
This was my second scooter by this brand. The locking mechanism snapped on both scooters. The lock has a very poor design and broke both times while riding. The motor itself is very strong and fast but does not last very long. Maybe 30 mins at top speed

Locking mechanism
Was great in the beginning but the locking mechanism broke and we need a new front wheel and this seems impossible to find to purchase

Nice!!
I’ve only had it two days but so far it’s everything I hoped for. It’s fast, sturdy and well made. Has a nice tail light but it doesn’t come with a headlight. So far it’s worth the money.

Good idea, shipshod quality, still mostly fun
Cool device but as with most stuff from China the build quality is iffy, documentation spotty and support completely non-existent. The scooter is quick and does mostly what it’s supposed to.It takes considerably longer than "one minute" to set up properly. The handlebar is not a continuous bar through the headstock, it is two pieces that are flimsy and depend on bolts (that may or may not be included - mine came with three of the required four) which makes for a jittery and unstable feel when riding. I intend to replace with a continuous bar.The rear light is nice and bright which is a decent safety feature. There is inexplicably no front light for dusk / night / low light riding. As with the continuous handlebar I will add this to mine. The Bluetooth does not work. At all. It is literally not installed on the scooter in any way, shape or form. The manuals and hard-to-interpret, flowery- marketing-heavy make reference to it but it definitely is not there. Don’t expect it.The rear brake cable on mine wrapped itself up in the rear brake disc on my first ride and frayed the end of the steel cable (anyone who rides bicycles knows how annoying this can be, not to mention the opportunity for getting stuck / lacerated by the cable ends). Lousy QC. Properly adjusting and trimming the cable, then installing a crimp cap would have eliminated the problem. Instead I had to fight with it for 20 minutes, hack the frayed end off with a Dremel tool and add a crimp cap to eliminate the possibility of getting sliced by it inadvertently. The foot control is convenient but it does get a tad annoying to keep pressing down on it for extended riding. Contrast this to the handlebar throttle most electric scooters seem to use (ultimately personal preference and I like it more than not, it’s just annoying to not be able to shift my front foot after a few minutes). The latch mechanism to keep the scooter folded for "easy carrying" is cheap and the scooter CAN fall open when carrying. Needless to say getting whacked by the bottom half falling open and hitting you in the shin isn’t fun. I now wrap a bungee cord around it just to be sure it won’t fall open while carrying. There is thought given to the routing of cables and wires which makes the end product finished looking and clean. RND got this part right. There were rubber bushings provided to eliminate wear of the cable shrouds where they enter and exit the body of the scooter.All-in-all it’s a decent but not great product. It is a good concept and has some thoughtful aspects to the engineering (like the cable routing, color schemes, intent for foldability / portability, etc.) but typically Chinese horrible build quality, lack of QC and "cheaping out" on other aspects to the point where the quality of the experience is compromised. It’s overpriced for what you get in my opinion... but I still enjoy riding it and getting the satisfaction of cutting my commute time in half versus walking. I cannot comment on longevity yet as I’ve only been using it a couple of weeks but the overall body is made of actual metal (kind of nice to see - most products overuse plastics) and seems robust. So overall I’d give it a B- so far, maybe a C+ depending on how much of an ordeal it ends up being to convert the handlebar to a single continuous bar and add a front light (both should absolutely be included). The motor is pretty strong but could have a bit more "oomph" going up hills. It’s decent but not great.RWD is awesome. Way better feel than the FWD scooters! This is a decent product that could be made a lot better with a few simple / easy changes. Overall I’m finding it useful and I like it but expect a few issues.

Not the best but it works
I will give it 5 star if the battery a little longer, ride it for 10 min a max speed and drain the battery to half, there is other scooter for the same price with better battery life, other than that I like it very easy to use, ver fast... still is room for improvement.

DO NOT BUY!
After about one month of use, I had no issues. This scooter whipped, driving around 18 mph at top speed (its torque is quite low meaning it takes a bit to accelerate but using a couple leg swipes gets it to top speed pretty quick). The placement of the gas is weird since my foot cramps sometimes and the handle is much more convenient to have a throttle but also not too bad. My biggest complaint is DURABILITY. I used this thing for about a month and a half of pretty standard use. Drive it to classes, rode on streets, sidewalks, and paved bike trails. But after one use, the entire scooter broke down. I just went over the smallest bump, the motor shut down and it hasn't worked since. It wont even charge..... I wrote to the company and never got a response. Do not be a fool like me and risk the money.

Engine died after a month of use
It’s a very sturdy scooter with wide wheels. The reason I’m giving poor grade is the engine died after a month of use. Only a month! Step on the accelerator and the scooter dose not speed up anymore. Replacement request will take half month to deliver. The most disappointed experience I’ve ever had on amazon. Speechless

Is it battery or motor problems that can't drive faster?
The media could not be loaded. After buying this product for more than a month, the speed can also be very convenient and strong. There are also some problems. Sometimes it's impossible to act. You need to restart the red button to do so.This morning the speed suddenly slowed down a little faster than walking. It's almost impossible to move up the hill. Is it the battery or the motor? How to repair it or replace batteries.
