The 3D Print Removal Tool features a 120 mm flexible blade designed for efficient and safe removal of prints from the bed. Its rounded edge minimizes the risk of tearing print bed tape, making it an essential addition to any 3D printer toolkit.

A No-Brainer!!! You must buy one of these!
It is rare that I find a product that outperforms my expectations, but this is one of them. I have been 3D printing for a while, but I have always used a cheap Harbor Freight X-Acto handle with a square 12mm blade to remove parts. I thought it was perfect, because it was sharp and could get under my print. But I found I was always damaging my print surface, and twisting would usually unscrew the blade from the handle. So I'd had this tool in my Wish List for a while, and I pulled the trigger on it when reordering some filament. The first time I used this tool, I was amazed at how well it worked compared to what I had been using. The blade slipped effortlessly under my print, it popped off without any effort, and my build surface was undamaged. I've only had it for 3 days, and it is already indispensable. When a print completes, I will take whatever effort to dig up this tool from wherever it has been buried on my desk, because I know it will be worth it in the end. There are a couple of features of this tool that aren't immediately obvious from the pictures. First, the blade is tapered from very thin at the (rounded) point to a little thicker at the handle (I measure .007 to .037). This allows the blade to easily slip under the part and effectively wedge the print up. Second, the handle fits easily in the hand, and gives substantial leverage when you twist it; providing even more ways to separate the part from the build plate. All in all, I am incredibly satisfied with this purchase. The cost was almost nothing compared to the value it provides; and I really wish I hadn't waited so long before buying it. I think I am going to buy a couple more so I'll never be in danger of being without one!

An Excellent Everyday Tool for 3D Printing
A unexpected and frequently used tool. This 3D Print Removal tool is incredibly helpful for day to day printing. I use it to help pry prints off the print bed and scraping off leftover print material (from the skirt / brim) all the time.Pros+Flexible and strong+Very durable+Effective for scraping material off the print bed (glass surface)+Doesn't scratch 3D printing glass (at least tempered glass, not sure about others)Cons-(Minor) Sometimes the blade edge can be a bit thick for getting under prints when trying to pry them off, but it's a compromise for strength. There's not much more to say about this tool. It's very useful for every day applications. Occasionally I'll have issues where filament will get stuck to the print bed and it's difficult to get off. Fortunately, the broad edge of the blade is perfect for this, just scrape it along the bed until all the material is gone. I highly recommend this tool.

Good for print removal but not as height gage.
I have used this tool about a dozen times so far for removal of printed objects from the print bed. It works much better than I anticipated. It is NOT a prying tool, but functions best by twisting and working around the object being removed. There is a little finesse required. It has become my go-to preference for print removal. The blade is actually too thick to serve as a height gage for the print head. I measured the thickness at the tip for use as a trramming gage. it varies 0.0154 - 0.0163 inches with my thousandths micrometer. Call it 0.016 Converts to 0.4064 mm. close enough to 0.40 mm.FYI... The usual sheet of paper used as a gage is 0.10 mm. So maybe not so good as a nozzle height gage but a good print removal tool.

Good tool for removing parts from build plate and from rafts.
Generally this works pretty well. I had an old putty knife that I had been using but after getting the Zebra Plate as a new build surface it was sometimes really difficult to get the putty knife under the model. This is thinner so it is easier but still takes some work to get the model edge to lift off the build plate enough to get it started, after that it is a breeze to get the part off the plate. Also when I have had to use a raft for some small parts this tool also makes it easy to get the raft peeled off the parts if it is stuck a little bit too much. The only con is that since this is pretty think it has a fair amount of give and spring so you have to be careful when trying to get it started under parts that are well attached to the build plate.I don't know how well this works with Blue Tape since I have stopped using the Blue Tape for my build surface, but I expect that it would work well there as well.

A useful tool for your toolbox, but not a complete solution to stuck parts.
I can never seem to get the right adhesion -- too little, or too much. Lately it's been Too Much with glue sticks on borosilicate glass. I was hoping this would help pry pieces off the glass.It.. sortof helps. It's very thin, which is good, but also very floppy/flexible. You can't apply much force at all in any direction or it will just fold. It's also blunt, not razor sharp, so can't really start itself under the workpiece.I use a razor blade to raise a corner of the print, and THEN, once I get it high enough, wiggle this tool underneath and go from there. So it helps, but I wish it was: Less long, much more rigid, and sharper edged.

Surprised how useful it really is
Removed 3 large prints so far and it was actually really useful. I've been using glue stick (liberal amount) on glass and typically I would slip a razor blade under the part and wiggle it all the way around but the center would always be a pain. This tool is not sharp or sturdy enough to get under the part on its own but if you slip a razor blade under the corner this will slide under that and it makes it really easy to pop large parts off the bed. Should get another for when I eventually push too hard and bend it, since I will definitely be using the begeezez out of this thing

Essential for all 3D printers!
I literally use this to remove every single print off my print bed. This is especially useful when you print directly on the bed with no raft since if you don't have an easily removable print bed those prints can be a nightmare to remove. I've successfully used this tool dozens of times and so far haven't had any print snap or break when using it. My printer came with a removal tool, but the metal was too thick so it can't get under most prints. This simple tool does the trick because it's a thin and sturdy metal! If for some reason I need another one (maybe after getting more printers?) then I'll definitely come back to this one!
