Can i use this in my bulletproof coffee while i am intermittent fasting or will it mess with that?

is this a gluten free product?

No, I wouldn't consider it to be gluten free although the bullets inaccurately describe it as such. It doesn't have the "gluten free" certification anywhere on the label and it actually says it's manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, etc. Amazon dropped the ball on this one as I ordered it based on the bullets stating it was GF and it's not eligible for return. If you have Celiac disease, try another product like Nordic Naturals prebiotic powder.

Does the product contain soy?

No this product does not contain soy just three ingredients listed that are defined on the label. But it does say that it is processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts, soy, milk, wheat, fish and crustacean shellfish on the label so if your very sensitive to any of those ingredients it could be a problem but not from the actual ingredients. Hope that helps! I have a thyroid problem which prevents me from having any soy, i love this product & use it daily it has no taste in my bullet proof coffee & no after taste.

Where are the ingredients sourced from? China?

I think the ingredients are made here or from India. It's just insoluble fiber, I've been consuming, the effects are excellent, I've used other types of prebiotics but this one proves to be of superior quality.

Quality prebiotic

Used it and feel it to have worked on some level, as digestion improved some. It tastes neutral, easily mixes with any drink and is well tolerated. Bulletproof is a great brand, however a bit pricey. Great health is not cheap and could be the investment you are seeking after.

good source of fiber

High quality. Really easy to take in a smoothie, no odd taste, or added chemicals. Helps my gut and great regularity. It can give you some gas if you take too much at first. Would suggest taking 1/2 serving at first, then increase after a few days. The product seals are always perfectly in tact so I know it's not a fake or adulterated product. I get best prices on Amazon. Will buy again.

Needs Better Quality Control

Nothing wrong with the product overall. But, serving size is two “scoops” and NO SCOOP was included in the package. (I searched through the entire canister.) It states a scoop equals 3 and 1/3 Tablespoons which is an annoying measurement to create on my own. I’m not obsessing, so I’m not trying to measure that out every time, but it makes tracking inaccurate. For the price, they need better quality control. Probably will try other companies’ products next for this reason.
