This product works very well. I use this almost every day when I go to work to give me energy and keep me focused.

I started to use this product to cut down on coffee consumption. Ultimately I wanted to save money because I was spending too much on coffee, and let me tell you, this is better than coffee.Recently, my bag was stolen and luckily there wasn’t much inside. The most valuable thing stolen from me was this supplement. I had to get me a new bottle ASAP because they’re just that good.At work, nothing has kept me more focused and driven. I have consistently increased my productivity and will continue to improve thanks to this supplement.I’ve been using it for about a month, and admittedly, it was a slow start. At first, I started taking just one capsule 3 times a day when needed throughout my time at work. The first few days were the worst. Just one capsule increased my heart rate and made me extremely sweaty. But I have problems with social anxiety so this might not happen to all. Eventually I felt the product have an opposite effect; it kept me calm and focused on my work. I started taking two capsules my first dose and then only taking one more every few hours as needed and the effects were excellent. I feel myself able to handle high stress situations probably a little better than without taking the product.Currently, I am taking two capsules half an hour after I wake up, and two during lunch at work. Sometimes I will take a total of 5 capsules in a day when I work late. The result is the same. I am more productive, more focused and less tired overall. No jitters, no elevated heart rate. 10/10 would recommend. But it’ll take some experimentation to find your correct dose.

Not my favorite ones. Idk what it is but I’m still so exhausted after taking two of these a day. I’m falling asleep earlier and crashing way harder. I would say it does keep me focus but only for a few of hours and then I’m crashing hard.

This product did absolutely nothing for me. I tried with 1 capsule, nothing. Days later I gave 2 capsules a shot, nada and finally 3 capsules a shot and still nada surf. Wish I could return.

This is an amazing product which worked for me. I have tried many other brands but none of them worked as well as this one.A little note: Do not forget that caffeine is a natural diuretic (aka water pill). It will make you go urinate more often. Normally, when you drink coffee, fluid in that helps balance the effect of that. When you take it in a pill form, it does not balance it. If you wake up and take these or right before driving because that is what i was doing, it will make you urinate a lot (i thought i had bladder problems). The higher dose you take, the bigger the effect is.** I have recently learned this myself so i would recommend doing your own research regarding this or ask you doctor**
