Old SmokeyMagic Bracket

It does work, I just don't care for how much the lid leans with it. I know I shouldn't expect much for what it is, I just didn't expect it. But it 100% holds the lid.

I'm glad I spent a couple extra dollars for this bracket. I have the 22" grill and at first I thought attaching the lid to the Magic Bracket would make the whole grill topple. The top is so large that I wouldn't know where to lay it down if not for this item. Installation is tricky. It took me a couple minutes to figure it out. Impressive for a northerner who recently pushed his propane grill off a cliff to opt for lump hard wood. I called the number on the directions and immediately spoke to a person who was willing to answer any questions I had. They should be very proud to manufacture all their quality products.

As simple as this thing looks it actually works really good.

This is a simple piece that does what it says. I use it on an Old Smokey classic with short legs and it makes it a little tippy. That shouldn't be a problem if you have the long legs. Other than that it's perfect

Product works as intended, but the lid has to be turned around in order to use. This is very awkward with a hot grill. However, it also works to hold a pair of tongs. Well Built.

This bracket fits right over one of the leg tops, hangs on the side & holds the hot top bucket of the Old Smokey so you don't have to set it down somewhere while you're turning your burgers or adding cheese. Our old BBQ didn't have this feature & we like it.

Its ok but if you order long legs for yours like I did it can become top heavy on a windy day... I live in Florida and a good sea breeze sent it on its side will lit. If you encounter this try bending all of your legs evenly just a little outward and it should take care of the issue.
