It came with high quality strings that are good for experienced guitarists. The tone seems to improve over time. Chords sound clear. Tuning machines are excellent. Fingerboard is good. Frets ends are acceptable. For the price, intonation is very good. I like the way it sounds when I use my fingers. It doesn't sound as good to me when I use a guitar pick. I have very small hands. The thickness of the neck doesnt cause wrist pain like some necks do. I consider this an exceptional value. In many ways, it feels and sounds like they made it to my preffered specs. If this were bought for a begginer, I would also get a few sets of lower tension guitar strings to make it easier for a begginer to learn how to play. The strings that come with it are not for begginers. For an experienced player, the strings that come with it seem to sound great for a long period of time. When I play, I tend to have a light touch, so that could be why the strings have sounded so good for so long. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I believe that they built mine properly.

Love this guitar. It had great sound. It's beautiful and just my size.
