Please can somebody help I find because I purchased this item in December 2020 I cannot get any help on Amazons website everything I log into only looks at recently purchased items. I have a fork that the plastic has broken and is unusable. Can you help with a replacement. I am sure a product like this should last longer than 6 months. I believe it must have at least a 12 month guarantee if not longer. I cannot find an e-mail address for Amazon or phone no. Only a chat line which is of no help whatsover. This is the first time I have had a problem with any goods from Amazon and as it is not a straightforward forward return this is causing problems. Any help would be appreciated
