You get cute little pelmeni with this thing. Once I tweaked the process from the instructions, it became super easy.Main thing that worked for me: instead of sprinkling the flour on the mold, roll your dough as thin as you'd normally make it and sprinkle the flour on it. Use quite a bit of flour and evenly distribute it. Then flip it on top the the mold. Number two: do not overfill the pockets or the pelmeni will expand too much underneath and won't fall out. The edges seal nicely, the pelmeni may not be all separated when flipped but they are easy to pull apart. Use firm slow pressure when rolling the top layer. After implementing these thing, I love it!

First, the item was shipped only in shrink wrap—not a box or any sort of cushioned mailer—just shrink wrap. The quality of the product is poor: The metal is jagged, and does not seem like it would be food safe. It's even bent so that it wobbles on a flat surface.
