I had to return this product (exchange rather) because the size i picked up was large( i HAVE NO idea what i was thinking) so, i'm a small guy, 5'9ish, but skinny, around 130lbs, so if you are looking to pick this band up and are around my proportions, then go with Small. trust me, go with small. The band itself, is pretty good looking and i've been a colantotte customer for a couple of years now. So no complaints there.

Who knows what the thing does? It is ok as a bracelet but I didn't see any difference other than maybe my wrist was a little warmer

Not Trionz best.
Always have trionz but this particular model the band stretched really easily and made it very lose and the orange colour faded fast.
