Must have in your kitchen arsenal
Love this product. I spray it on chicken (skin on) after I pat the meat dry. Then I roast in the oven. Unbelievable flavor

Worked like a charm on the smoker
Bought this to crisp up the turkey skin on the smoker. Sometimes poultry is hard to get a nice crispy skin on the smoker. Worked like a charm and easy to use. Good product.

Has a high smoke point, not oily, crisps food better than other oils, great for bbq and smoking.
I have primarily used olive oil and avocado oil in my cooking, and recently came across a recipe that recommended this duck fat spray for smoking. So, I decided to try it. My first test was using it on a couple of chickens that I smoked. I first marinated the chickens with a chicken rub and put them in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, I dried the chickens with paper towels, I sprayed on this duck fat spray and sprinkled Montreal chicken seasoning. After smoking the chickens for a couple of hours, I serve half of one of them for dinner. My husband told me repeatedly how good the chicken was. This duck fat spray not only added flavor to the chickens, but it helped to crisp the skin. I also found that duck fat oil is a healthier option as compared to other oils, and can be used for roasting potatoes, steaks, roasted chicken, and so much more. Although I still use olive and avocado oils in my cooking, this duck fat oil has been added to my rotation when I want to crisp foods and add a little more flavor. Personally, I would recommend this duck fat cooking spray. Try it! You may be surprised and happy with the results you get for roasting, searing steaks, and BBQ. I hope this review was helpful for you.

Useless
Ordered two cans, neither would spray. One can felt like a solid blob inside, other can would shake up but only the propellant would come out. Heated both can in a bowl of hot water but still had same results. Nice to find this out during Thanksgiving morning prep. I do not recommend.

Recommended, But Know What You're Buying
This one's taking me awhile to get used to. It works well. It tastes great. But it's got a heavy smell when I spray it that kinda makes my stomach lurch a little when I'm cooking. It fades as the fat heats up and the food cooks, and I've gotta say I can't wait to try this with pan fried chicken or similar, but for my scrambled eggs, it's a little hard on the stomach first thing in the morning. Still, if you're into Keto and whatnot, this is almost certainly right up your alley. It's a good quality real fat in a can I can tell is also high quality. (There's a huge ball bearing in there that makes a ton of noise when I shake it.) Overall, I recommend, but know what you're buying.

Good product
Perfect for putting a bit of sizzle into your broiling and BBQ. Use sparingly - a little goes a long way. Always make sure to clean the nozzle after ever use.
