Perfect!
I do not understand how so many people have trouble folding up this tent! Even some saying it's not a one-person job. I received the tent 2 days before our trip. After reading the reviews, I was really nervous and decided to try it before we left. So I popped it up and tore it down twice. I'm a 57yo female and tore it down by myself on my first try! Decided I must have just gotten lucky, so did it again by myself. So, left for our trip. Had one day of rain. No leaking! The only downside was that it would be very difficult to fit 6 people in it. It was my daughter, my baby grandson, and myself. We had a queen mattress and had hoped for the playpen to be set up in there for the baby. It wouldn't fit because of the sides sloping, so we just put the playpen mattress in there and it fit fine.Very happy with this tent!

Hard to take down
This tent was great to setup but very difficult to take down. You have to have the right combination of moves to pack this tent up so I sent it back.

There's a ton of space inside!
The media could not be loaded. I received this tent last December but before I could test it out it got cold and snowy so I had to wait a few months. Needless to say we've got the time and good weather now to do just that. My children and I had the chance to set it up a few times in the back yard and spend the evening in it. There's more than enough for me, and my 3 kids ranging from 11 to 5 years in age.First of all, it is by far the easiest and quickest tent I've ever had the pleasure to set up. Truly, you take it out of its carrying case and it literally pops into place. Just use the provided stakes and guy lines to give it a bit more rigidity to hold up to the elements and you are in great shape. I really enjoyed the ability to place bags and shoes in the vestibule for storage out of the elements. We did not encounter any rain so I can't speak to the tent's ability to withstand that. There are 2 windows on the sides in the main part of the tent that are reachable from the inside and outside that provide some nice cross ventilation. As well as a small vent port with a post that keeps it open if you desire. the front can be unzipped and rolled back to provide even more ventilation on warm evenings where it isn't raining.Folding it up was a bit of a trick the first few times but there is an included instruction manual as well as a very helpful youtube clip from the manufacturer on how to fold it up. Now, it's a piece of cake to set up and tear down. All in all we had a very good experience in this tent. I can't wait to take it out into more camping scenerios in the months ahead.

Not a bad tent if you put a little attention to detail when setting it up
My soon-to-be Eagle Scout son and I are actively involved in the Boy Scouts. We have extensive experience in camping, and we are no strangers to camping in the rain, which often leaves our gear soaked. Over the years, we've experimented with various tents in the hope of finding a solution that would allow us to set up quickly and keep our gear dry.During our latest camping trip, where it poured down rain, we put this pop-up tent to the test. The tent's standout feature is its rapid setup - just a toss, and it pops right up. Securing it with stakes and guide wires takes a bit more time, but you can easily do this after placing your gear inside the tent.****To those who have complained about the setup time or gear getting wet during assembly, I'd like to emphasize that these issues are more likely due to user error than the tent itself. Also, it's crucial to remember to place a tarp under the tent and ensure it's tucked in properly, leaving no exposed edges to keep you dry.I highly recommend applying a hydrophobic spray to re-waterproof the tent, especially focusing on the seams, before your first use. While we stayed dry during our trip, we did identify a few spots that could have used extra waterproofing, so we'll be better prepared next time. Now, let me address what didn't quite meet our expectations with the tent. The tent's advertised size is considerably misleading. I'm a larger individual at 6'1" and 300lbs, and my son is 6'3" and 220lbs, yet there was barely enough room for us and our gear. I would estimate that this tent can comfortably accommodate three average-sized adults with their gear at most. If you have smaller kids, you could probably fit 4-5 without backpacks. My most significant concern, one that might deter me from using this tent in the future, is the considerable sag in the roof that leads to water pooling during rain. Given the tent's already low roof, brushing against it will result in getting wet. We spent a considerable amount of time trying various ways to secure the tent to prevent pooling, but we were unsuccessful. It's possible that this is a manufacturing issue with our specific tent, or it might be a common problem with all of them. To address this issue, additional guide wires around the central poles would be beneficial. In summary, this tent isn't a bad choice, but it does require attention to detail and good camping skills when setting it up to ensure a comfortable experience.***I'd love to speak with the manufacturer about the roof sag if you are listening.

Can't ask for an easier set up!
With two little kids, we needed a tent that didn't take forever to set up. This Pop Up tent was just that... literally, you take the tent out of the sack, shake it, and it's ready to go! In addition, the space inside was plenty for the four of us to spread out, any the canopy includes additional and separate space which protected our shoes and supplies from the elements.Depending on the time of year or camping location, the tent seems designed for comfort! With the flaps zipped shut we were able to stay really warm, and when flaps are open it allows for cool air flow!In the middle of the night we didn't want to wake the kids by getting out and opening up flaps, but fortunately were able to unzip and open the flaps from the inside.Taking the tent down was just a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice getting the tent twisted and put away was easy! Definitely took much less time and space than our previous tent!!I know it's probably silly to comment on, but the sack that the tent comes in is so convenient! Not only is there enough space for the tent to fit loosely in, but along with the poles and spikes, we stored our tarp inside as well!! Plus there are straps for easy and a hands free carry!Overall, we very much enjoyed our camping experience with this tent!
