I take this for dry eyes at the recommendation of my dermatologist, and also think it might help with inflammation overall. I'm not using it for pain relief so I can't comment on that.

Great quality flaxseed oil
I have been taking Flaxseed oil for 9 years now. After my gastric bypass, Everything changed. I needed more fiber but cannot eat enough food each day to keep the nutrients absorbed in my body.
