Great taste in a smaller amount!
The mini scoop that comes with this is 1/16th of a teaspoon. It takes 16 level mini scoops to equal a 1/2 teaspoon. I included a picture of the miniscoop next to a half teaspoon. The package states that one serving is equal to 2 teaspoons of sugar. I'm assuming serving is a mini scoop because the package doesn't say if the miniscoop is a serving size but it states15 milligrams is a serving size. I compared this to Bulk Supplements Aspartame I was using and I like it. With the Aspartame i would use a 1/2 teaspoon for 2 exact measured cups of coffee. With this sucrolose i only need 2 miniscoops wich is 2/16 of a half teaspoon. Plenty sweet for me and I like my coffee sweet. Past co workers used to watch me put sugar in my coffee and tell me to have coffee with my sugar. They had nothing better to do than watch me put sugar in my coffee. I used to tell them to look away if they don't like it. I did put alot of sugar in coffee but if they saw me use this they wouldn't have anything to comment about. The nutrition facts state 0 carbohydrates and 0 sugars so I call this a definite win for losing weight with a diet. I prefer this over Aspartame because the cost is good and It will last a long time because I use alot less than Aspartame to have thee same sweet taste. I will order again. Great stuff!

This is the way to go for Sucralose! Must read if you
If you are diabetic, or just want to prevent diabetes and obesity, and you prefer Sucralose as the best sweetener, then you need to know that the Sucralose you find at the store has other ingredients in it that will affect your blood sugar, and cause an insulin reaction. They are all this way, the large bags of the bulk sucralose that are sold for baking and such are worse I believe at least they have more additional ingredients, but even the small packets have the other ingredients and will cause your blood sugar to react. If you want to avoid the effects of insulin making you fat as a result of your Sucralose use, then check out what I am saying. I didn't believe it until I found out by looking into low carb diet strategies. Also, be aware that there are a lot of people out there who hate any artificial sweetener. Some of them perhaps paid by big sugar, some of them just being killjoys, and some of them probably just honestly convinced that anything that causes you to enjoy something like your morning coffee, has to be bad for you whether it is or not. However, most of the honest ones will reluctantly admit that if it doesn't spike blood sugar, or cause an insulin reaction, then it's probably okay. This PURE Sucralose powder doesn't cause my blood sugar to rise, nor cause an insulin rise. And I have not seen any hard evidence that sucralose is actually bad for you otherwise, although some claim that sucralose like all other artificial sweeteners must be bad for you somehow. Bottom line, this is the best way to get and use Sucralose. It doesn't take much, and my bag came with a small measuring spoon. So, if you like Sucralose -- The stuff in the YELLOW packets, get some of this. You will save money in the long run, if not the short. I've been using the same small bag I got for almost a month now and it's still more than half full and it's taking the place of probably five or six of those $8 bags of the bulk stuff from the store because I use a lot of sucralose at my house so it's already paid for itself and still got more than half a bag left. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Addition: I have seen several reviews here that are complaining that the product was changed from granulated to powder. I have only seen the powdered version, and I have to say that it's great. It dissolves quickly and completely, and takes very little. Since I have not seen the granulated version, I don't know if it is pure sucralose or not, as many of the other sweeteners such as the Lakanto monk fruit I also use in granulated form uses erithritol to mix with the monk fruit extract. This works ok, but it doesn't dissolve very well. Again, I can't say that is what this company uses to make granulated sucralose, but I would like to know if the granulated version is "pure" sucralose, or if it's mixed with erithritol, or maltodextrin or something else. So, if anyone does know, I would be interested in the information.EDIT: The store bought forms of sucralose don't raise blood sugar, but they DO CAUSE your insulin to spike due to the maltodextrin additive they use to add bulk. What I have seen is that maltodextrin gives a higher insulin response than sugar. About 10 percent more. Since insulin drives fat storage... That is probably not what you want. This pure sucralose is a better option than the stuff you find at the store. The only downside is that if you use too much (easy to do) you get a slightly bitter taste. But if that happens; making ice tea for example, just add more tea, and maybe some lemon, and your good. Enjoy life: Don't use SUGAR!

Great product especially for diabetics or others eliminating sugar from their diets
I was recently diagnosed with borderline diabetes. In an effort to eliminate as much sugar from my diet, I was looking for a good, as well as cheap, sugar substitute I could use for making drinks with. Why not just drink water, you ask? That may work for some people, but it just doesn't work for me, and I know that about myself. I first tried bulk pure stevia I found here on Amazon. Reviews were mixed on it, some saying there was no aftertaste, some saying it had an awful licorice like aftertaste. It appeared to depend on your individual taste buds. Unfortunately for me, my taste buds left me with a horrendously awful aftertaste, that I couldn't mask by any of numerous suggestions I found for doing that.So next on my list was this Pure Sucralose.I had already switched to sodas and energy drinks that use Sucralose, and not only found the taste bearable, I actually LIKED the taste, so I expected it to work well for me. I was right, and I couldn't be happier.1/4 teaspoon Pure Sucralose = 1 cup of sugar, so don't let the small amount full you, you get a LOT of mileage out of it.I am mostly using it to make flavored water, using sugar less koolaid type mixes, mixed at half strength, in 1 Gallon of water, with 1/4 tsp of Sucrolose, and it's coming out perfect every time. Just enough flavor and sweetness to satisfy my cravings, but without the side effects of increasing blood glucose levels. This has helped me to nearly completely eliminate sugar from my daily beverage intakes, and that formerly was a major source of sugar in my diet.Any review that complains about the amount of the product being sold is being done out of ignorance. This works out vastly cheaper than real sugar itself.
