For deadlifting I have different, slimmer belt and I use this as my squatting belt and to give extra support with standing overhead presses. I've had this for exactly a month now and it has served me as expected with no problems at all. It broke in fairly quickly, fits well and feels comfortable when lifting.

So far the belt is good, I am wondering how long the buckle will last though. I tried it out I the gym and I definitely feel more secure with deadlifts a day squats. The buckle makes it very easy to unfasten which is handy because the other way can be annoying and draining. So I am happy and I would recommend. I am size 32 and I didn't need to put any hole, in face I fit in the second to last holes so I can make it tighter if I wish but I don't think it's necessary

Good, heavy duty lifting belt. Thick heavy duty leather, good solid buckle. Does exactly what it should do and an essential piece of kit for heavy deadlifts & squats!

Have used for two weeks; first lifting belt. Feel substantially more stable with it. This particular belt feels of good quality; the lever works well. More experienced lifters in my gym have given it a thumbs up. I'm pleased. Would recommend.

the belt is good buckle seems strong and sturdy
the belt is good buckle seems strong and sturdy, my waist is around 30 i got medium and had to add 2 extra holes. also be aware that the belt is a set size not like a normal buckle to change the size you have to unscrew the buckle and tighten or loosen it this doesnt bother me as when i do ware a belt i keep it tight. happy with the belt so far and after it softens up it will be much more comfortable and will pinch less.

Amazing belt. Bargain!. Must have!!
Been using this belt for months now. Heavy squats, overhead press, bent over rows and deadlifts. Unmatched support compared to other belts. Do not hesitate, this is THE right belt no matter what style you lift (bodybuilding or powerlifting) takes few weeks to wear in as thick leather but worth it once it is!(painful for those first few weeks)

Finally, something against which to brace!
Go a size smaller than you think! Aside from that, this has been the best lifting accessory I've bought since I got OL shoes. Durable product as well, and I now rarely squat heavy without it.
