Tastes great with any meal! Actually improves many! And done in no time!!

This review is for the Thai Kitchen pad thai rice noodles. In reading other customers' comments, I didn't have any issues with product being old or having an off taste. All six rice bowls have 5-6 months before their use-by date. I gave the peanut topping a good sniff since so many people had problems with it, and so far they've all been fine - smells fresh, tastes fresh. Is it authentic/gourmet? I wouldn't know - my tastes aren't very refined. It's a big, satisfying dish of noodles with no wheat. It's quick and easy to prepare (2 minutes in the microwave, then one minute to sit). The sauce is tasty and salty. The price seems high, but it's even higher at our local supermarket - $5 +. The plastic containers are sturdy and can be re-used. I would definitely buy again.

What I Like: -Easy to prepare, with easy instructions. -Good taste, but overall quality is lower than many Pad Thai products I've eaten. What I dislike: --Plastic. Wrapper, tray, and the envelopes containing ingredients. Our waste footprint is high with this product. --Flavor could stand improvement--perhaps there's too much water, or some other change could be made.

if you love Pad Thai - this is not for you. I had Pad Thai recently and it was delicious. I was looking for a Gluten Free quick lunch option - This is not so much of that. It is very easy to make, the portion size is generous and it comes well-packaged. However, the taste is off - almost chemical and it doesn't jive with what I know Pad Thai to be. I won't purchase it again.

Terrible taste and texture. I finished half a package thinking maybe it would grow on me, but no. It tastes nothing like pad thai, not even a little bit. I'm not picky when it comes to cheap convenience food either. It's so bad I'd feel bad evening giving the other five packages to a food bank...

Love these they are so so good. In 15 minutes I can have supper that taste as as good as our local take out Thai place. Follow directions and microwave and add your own ingredients. It makes a a great meal fort one. I added cilantro, lime juice, peanuts, meat from one seasoned and broiled chicken thigh, and Thai seasoning sauce.

Very disappointing! Little flecks of vegetables hardly had any taste. Peanuts were stale and then the sauce soaked in. Just not worth the money!
