First one came broken but was resent by Amazon wrapped in extra bubble wrap the second time. TY. The lid was suction cupped on tightly and unmovable like another reviewer noted. I gave it plenty of time to warm up to room temperature first then gingerly worked under the lid with a dull butter knife 1-2 mm wiggles at a time around the whole circumference. The suction slowly released and it came right off. Weirdest thing. The seal is barely glued in spots; I found it easy to detach altogether and slid it into better placement where it can still be air tight but not too difficult to open. It is made in China and does have some minor imperfections but it doesn't alter the cuteness appeal.

Excellent order, packing and shipping service. I purchased the green top and the red top cat food/treat canisters, so cute, and what I expected....But I was considering having to return both, after myself and a friend spent one hour attempting to CAREFULLY get both the (completely stuck/sealed tops) to come off without breaking both.. Once finally opened, I removed the 'seal tight' banding strip inside the tops...to be able to use on a daily basis without the same problem.

I was thrilled to find this on Amazon. I bought it to replace the one my husband accidentally broke. It had been a gift to my Mother from the hospital gift shop. Easy fix! Just be careful and inspect it carefully. Mine had a little crack inside the jar but it wasn't noticeable. I didn't feel like returning it since it was very minor and you can't see it from the outside. Very cute.

Safe packaging and quick delivery. Liked it so well went back and ordered the other 2 colors available to make into a kitchen canister set. The lid has a seal to make air tight.
