I bought this pillow after having a difficult time tandem feeding my twins. The pillow helped with positioning of the twins a little when they were newborn but this relied on support from my partner and using pillows to prop it up . The main issue I have with this product ( apart from being massively overpriced for what essentially is a piece of hard foam) was that the sides were not wide enough or have any support for the girls. I constantly was in fear of one of them rolling of whilst I burped/ maneuvered the other twin. It can't be used in bed as it makes the sides too high so has to be done on couch. It also feels very snug around the middle and I am a uk size 10. The twins are only 7 weeks old and already I feel like they will outgrow this shortly. All in all , it provided a little support with positioning but was not worth the money spent.
