changed a tor one in my 13 gmc color is fine seem to fit well and looks good again maybe a shade out in OEM but it looks better then OEM good quality easy install 5 minutes torx driver and a flat head came with latch also good

This lid is quality. It's nice to have the updated look in my truck and the security to know I can flip the console back if I need room without trying to bungee/hold the lid. Well worth the purchase! Only con: I had to have my mechanic help me install it. Instructions didn't quite fit my 2011 Silverado.

Installed on a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500. It was a quick easy install, just pay attention to the snaps. Only complaint is the lock doesn't engage. So if you lift the console for the third seat the lid will open. It's a design flaw and is to short to engage.

I got this because my old console latch was broken in multiple spots, and this fixed all the issues. The "leather" feels very high quality as well as the stitching, and the latch assembly works very well, it isn't hard to open and it also latches closed when you let go of it while it's open. putting it together was pretty simple except for trying to screw the console lid into the hinge, to make it easier I would push the seat all the way back so you have more room to hold it in place while you screw it in. Overall a good replacement for pretty cheap
