Exceeded my expectations
Purchased from Amazon resale and not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised. Robust feel, easy install and not at all obnoxious to look at. I installed with 2 awg wire and ran a 5000 btu A/C and large fan with no hesitation. The over voltage and over heat protection works well also. Occasionally my solar charger sends a bit more voltage than needed letting me know batteries are full and or it can get mighty hot in a locked van.

A really good product and reasonability priced.
This is a well-built unit, a lot heavier than I thought it would be compared to others I've had. It works great and apparently is built to last.

Handles high startup surges, but changing fuses invalidates the warranty?
I bought this to use for emergency power in conjunction with a 450Ah battery bank. I was looking for an inverter that could handle the startup current draw of my 21-year-old fridge. I previously tried an 1100W Krieger modified sine wave inverter and a 1500W Tiger Claw sine wave inverter, and both would shut down when the fridge compressor kicked in. This inverter handles it with no problem. I've had it on continuously for about 20h since I got it, running my air compressor, a small freezer, and my old fridge, with a maximum continuous current of 100A, and it is barely warm.It will NOT, however, run my old 2HP circular saw, even with everything else unplugged. I will give it credit, though- it doesn't need to be reset if it gets overloaded, it resumes as soon as the load is removed. Nothing worse than waking up in the morning and finding out your fridge shut the inverter down overnight and everything's warm. There are a few things that could be better:The top display is a lot easier to read than the small, front-mounted displays on other inverters, but it would be really nice if it also displayed current and VA, in addition to input and output volts. Peak current would also be nice to see. Better yet, bluetooth connectivity and an app...I know a lot of other cheap inverters do this as well, but internal fuses are a dumb idea. They should all be accessible from the back panel. There is no information in the instructions on how to access the fuses, and it appears that the warranty is void if you open the case. WTH?

Great customer service
The media could not be loaded. Customer service is amazing. My first one stopped working for no apparent reason. May have been a faulty fuse or internal issue. After doing a video showing what I did, and that the product stopped working, they sent me a new one. The new inverter is performing well. Below is a short video of how I am using it with my solar system. Keep in mind I just hooked up the batteries so they were still charging. I highly recommend this inverter.

No communication from the manufacturer.
I have purchased several of these inverters over the years with zero issues. This particular inverter stopped working at 1 year and 1 month. Technically out of warranty by a month, which is unfortunate. I reached out to the seller/manufacturer about a potential warranty, and they graciously agreed. Communication was very slow, but they took care of me.in the long-run.

Remote feature is awesome!
Used this with a 100Ah lithium battery for Christmas lights on a car for parade. Worked flawlessly and will be installing on my cruiser boat since the remote on off feature is great. The display on the remote also has a battery level indicator!

Excellent inverter. Puts out rated power for hours without any problem.
I purchased this inverter to test some Lithium batteries. I needed an inverter that could put out its rated power for hours at a time and this one worked great. It is really nicely sized for its power output and while it is a modified sine wave - it is actually pretty clean and worked fine with sensitive electronic devices connected to it.I really like the display - provides constant and easily readable information on battery voltage, and output power. It is a nicely kit - complete with battery cables and remote panel and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, powerful inverter for their truck or RV.

Worked great for about a year
I used this with an RV battery+solar panel setup for weekend stretches to cut down on my electric bill. I powered my 32-in HDTV and Xbox One. Total it would go up to maybe 235 watt depending on what was going on in game. In rest mode it would run around 25 constant.Everything else worked great on it, fans, pumps, even game consoles. But HDTVs would emit a hum. I tried it on an old CRT and it DIDN'T but did for my 40 inch, oddly enough that one made the least noise. From what I could research it was EMI so I got a really good power controller but the issue persisted. As I stated before it worked great for about a year, it didn't seem to hurt anything. Not sure if it was the amperage difference, or we had a really bad lightning storm, or there was this one time I had the solar panels and the inverter hooked up at the same time...but yaTheir website is horrible for technical support and they're basically like 'unless you bought from us directly we can't help you.So here I am buying a 500 watt one.
