Q: What is the quality of this bed and how difficult is it to assemble?

The PetEdge Bed is a high quality pet bed and it is very easy to put together. It took me about 30-45 minutes to put it together. I have 2 of them and my dogs love them!

Q: What are the correct dimentions? It can't be 49.5 x 5.5 x 5 inches like the product dimentions say above.

Wow that is a big typo in the size. I no longer have the product. My dog ate it LOL. My friend gave me a dog cot several yrs ago and it was very sturdy. It lasted about 3 yrs and I can't find another one built as rugged. I would say it was about 5 or 6 inches off the ground,close to 4 ft in length, and maybe3 ft wide. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this dog bed grey as the photo indicates?

I ordered grey (three); I rec'd one red, one blue, and one green. (And btw, the canvas began to fray and deteriorate at the pressure points within FIVE days of the dog climbing on and off).
