Haven't used it yet but flipped through the pages and it seems like a good tool to have especially when preparing for an exam

This is the best book to purchase to understand real estate terminology. It defines every word that pertains to real estate.

I am thankful to have this book because it has many terms for real estate that are useful. Several pages, however, quickly began to fall out within the first hour I opened the book.

Clarification of terminologies is extremely helpful in understanding the rest estate industry.

The definitions are very informative and there is an example under every definition which I appreciate.

The media could not be loaded.  Low quality spine - I have not had this book for even 24 hours and the pages are falling out.
