Astronaut Ice Cream Variety Pack - 10 Packs (Three Different Flavors)

This is a great price for a variety pack of freeze-dried ice-cream. I used to buy the Neapolitan ice-cream all the time but now I can only find the Neapolitan ice-cream sandwiches.I was pleasantly surprised at how similar these sandwiches are to the original block ice cream. It is the same product really, just with the chalky chocolate outside of the sandwich. It picks apart easy enough if you want to take the chocolate sandwich part off.Cookies and cream was my least favorite flavor. It didn't exactly taste like what I was expecting. Compared to the delicious strawberry, vanilla or chocolate flavors it's not worth it. That's why I gave it four stars. From now on I'll buy the case of Neapolitan sandwiches only.

This order was for a space party. I would have liked for the packaging to have been uniformed. But instead I received a combination of Astronaut Ice Cream and a generic "Freeze Dried" brand.

Freeze Dried Ice Cream has always been my favorite treat, but I only ever really bought the neopolitan. This combo pack let her try others she ended up loving (the sandwich cookie, mint chocolate chip, and chocolate ice cream). Now I have someone to snack on this stuff with!

Neapolitan flavor is my favorite, but they all taste great! It may be odd to those who are not used to freeze dried ice cream. It has ice cream flavor but it's not cold. I leave these in my car for a snack when I get caught in traffic.

My children and I love astronaut ice cream and always get it at the science museum. We were so excited to try it when we found it on Amazon for much cheaper than what we usually pay for it. We are not disappointed. It was delicious and shipping was fast as usual.

I received the genuine product (not a generic as some people had), but every single pack arrived broken so we had to eat these over plates/bowls with utensils, which pretty much defeated the purpose. The whole affair was really messy because the paper packaging inside the foil had 1-2 long slits (on each of the 10 packs), so when we first opened the foil and started opening the paper, a large amount of space ice cream "dust" and crumbs starting pouring out of the back side of each package all over the place. Messy.The packs were sent in a box with no padding of any kind.The taste was ok (as I remember from childhood), but the fun is holding your ice cream in your hand and biting a piece off. Here, you're pouring it into a bowl or plate, picking out larger chunks with your fingers, and eating the rest with a spoon.The picture shown is of one of the last bars we opened, which is "average to better" than the other bars. What I didn't capture, but should have, was all the messy "dust" beneath the pieces.Ok, but definitely not something I'd want to serve to a group of kids at a birthday party because of the mess and let-down.

It’s the same product they sell at the museum great taste. I don’t like the fact that the bar comes broken up and there’s tear in the package that covers the ice cream bar. Be careful opening it. There has to be a reason why there’s a tear in the paper cover.

Delicious!!! Most affordable and best quality. Doesn't happen much but when it does, I love it. I love when these melt in your mouth, they become so creamy. I'm not a fan of the ice cream sandwiches and my favorite is the neopolitan.
