Igloo Switch Marine Backpack

We bought this cooler to take to the beach for a week. For the price, I was happy for it to just last a week given that I knew we would be loading it down and using it a lot. I just did not want to pay the cost of a Yeti. This cooler is still going strong (going out on the boat with us regularly) and I've even loaned it out to friends for their beach trip. It's definitely worth the money!!!

Very good performance at a very good price. Ran a test on a windless day, direct sunlight, from 9:45 @ 80F, until 14:45 @ 95F. <10% ice melt. Should be good for the beach. I wish the straps were better, I think you can really load this thing down.

I was really skeptical about buying a soft backpack cooler, but this exceeded my expectations! Our first outing with it, it was left in a hot truck in the Georgia heat and it kept its ice and all of our goodies and ice cream and cold as it could get. There was some sweating by the end of the day (8) hours, but nothing we couldn't handle with a rag. That's the only time it has sweated since. It keeps ice for 2 or 3 days. When I'm without my husband, I use ice packs and they stay frozen and keeps my snacks and drinks ice cold. I couldn't have made a better purchase.

holds an 18 pack, a few ice bricks and a couple waters with ease. stays cold, perfect size, good quality. nice straps, nice handle, leak proof. best bang for your buck on a back pack cooler. its a little smaller than I would have thought, but its just right. competitors were much smaller almost tiny in comparison. go get it!!

I've ordered this cooler twice and both times I received it it had tears where it wasn't sewn properly on the straps. Very disappointed.

For the price it’s awesome. Love that it’s backpack straps so that my wife can carry it too. Works on the boat just fine. Pleased enough to i it to where I will probably not try a yeti soft cooler now.

We bought this to bring camping at a big race. We were allowed to bring our own drinks in but our campsite was quite a bit far from it. This was perfect. It did not leak at all and kept our drinks ice cold. The front pocket was super nice to keep all of our other things in. It was comfortable to carry and did easy to access.

This is a super nice cooler. Bought it to carry to beach when we were in Florida. It balances the weight well and is a backpack so nice for carrying when I took 3 kids and their things to the beach. Dumped ice from ice maker into in the morning, and there was still ice cubes in it when we returned. We would spend 6-8 hours on the beach. I thought it did a great job.

Not too big, not too small. Keeps food cold about as long as a typical cooler, and doesn't leak water. I've used it on overnight trips and it is about the right size for a full day of food plus a few cans for one person, or enough food for a family day at the beach or picnic. The backpack straps are better suited to someone with a smaller frame, but that's mainly due to the size of the cooler. They tuck into a zipper pocket when not in use, so they are never in the way. The handles, zipper, buckles, and liner and exterior material all feel sturdy.

Bought this bag for a recent trip to Mexico with my husband to bring back my frozen breastmilk. Replaced a couple bags of ice at the Cancun airport and by the time we got home (about 8 hours later) the ice cubes were still frozen! Even though it was pretty heavy it was still comfortable to wear around the airport! Will for sure use it during the summer too for beach trips! Love the colours as well!

We bought this because we often go to the beach for picnics where we have to hike down 1-2km. Comfortable to wear and fits everything perfectly. After forgetting about some drinks and ice packs for 24hrs, I was happy to discover everything was still cold!
