Esta muy buena esta plancha d alisar y risas tan pronto llego la probé, es muy liviana p tanto fácil su manualidad, alisa bien y también logra rizos n muy apretados pero bastante natural y bonitos, funciona perfecto todo: el cable giratorio, la temperatura q hace posible cumpla c la funcion q se espera como resultado c un bonito acabado, muy importante a diferencia d otras n tira para nada del cabello y se desliza fácilmente y para finalizar los accesorios q trae muy útiles: d las presillas son ideales, el manual p supuesto, un peine, el estuche divino q además d protegerla nos permite llevarla consigo sin dificultad es decir perfecta para viajar y el guante aunque realmente n se necesita este último porque el mango o brazo n se calienta p lo q se puede usar sin problema pero p supuesto más recomendable utilizar el guante q puede protegernos, el cable giratorio da mucha facilidad para su uso y pues bueno las características del plato d ser d cerámica-turmalina, nano-silver-titanium hacen d ella un uso perfecto q da suavidad, brillo y protección al cabello lejos d dańarlo evitando además el frízz, muy bonito y bien empaquetado lo q le da muy buena y elegante presencia. Muy agradecida y feliz c mi compra, solo espero m salga buena y sea duradera

I purchased this product in 2020, which still works like I just bought it. Some flat irons I've had in the past lost their ability to stay hot after a year or two of continuous usage. However, this iron has not done that yet, and I've dropped it a couple of times. The automatic cut-off is a great option because I do forget to turn off my hair appliances at times.

I have loved everything about this flat iron. I especially like that it comes with instructions the let you know the best temperature setting for your hair type. It works great and fast on my hair. I love the clips and glove included with it. My only issue is that the zipper on the case broke the first time I tried to zipper it back up, also the reason I’m giving an over 4 star review. Would do 4.5 if I could.

I was very excited about getting this iron, but it did not live up to expectations. It just arrived yesterday and I will be returning it tomorrow. It heats up very quickly, it comes with everything pictured, very nice travel case, overall looks very nice and professional. However, the heating plates are very scratchy, you can feel the roughness on each one. I've tried several times to clean them with plain water and soft rag, but nothing is helping. It literally feels like it is pulling your hair completely out and as your hair glides through it, it sounds like it is melting it! It is also heavy for a flat iron.So BUYER BEWARE. Not at all like descriptions.VERY VERY DISAPOINTED

Love this straightener. I’ve had it nearly 4 years. Use it nearly every day. No issues and it still works and functions like when it was new. The paint is showing a little wear, but I would expect that with daily wear. I have to talk about the cord: it “feels” like a great quality, still pliable, no curls or twists, and it’s a great length.I’ve bought two more and would recommend.

It's a great hair styling tool. Heat up super fast, is very easy to handle without burning yourself (I never used the gloves it came with), and will straighten and curl in beautiful wavy curls. I often use it when my hair is still a little damp and it smooths my curls/waves quickly. I'm super low maintenance, so it's perfect for me. I love how it has a closed setting for traveling and a Velcro wrap to wrap up the cord. I definitely recommend this tool.

I do not know how to start this review, I just don’t like to write bad reviews. The package came really well and come with all accessories you needed. I am afraid to use this straightener because I try without heat and see how is my hair will feel and I want to feel the straightener. I have very fine hair, so I am so careful with my hair tools and hair products right now. I try to get good hair treatments and tools to keep my hair healthy. What was my first expiration with this straightener and I even not turn on is how is pulling and I know will damage my hair. The problem is the way they made it. Have like rubber next to the plate and this rubber is pulling my hair. I saw one other review has the same experience with me. I will return it because for this money I will find better quality without to be afraid to use. Sorry for my bad review I try to like it. I am in love with the packaging and with all accessories even the amazing case come with.

I rarely straighten my hair at home. I'm way more likely to straighten my hair when I'm traveling. I hate when I can't pack up my straightener because it's still hot. Something that really drew me to this was the heavy duty case. I was surprised with how much I like this straightener too. It's pretty much impossible to turn it off when you don't mean to because you turn it on by twisting the base. It's easy to see the temperature you set it to since it's on the outside. It also came with 4 alligator clips, a comb with a tail that helps you part your hair easier, and a heat glove. This was a good value.
