Ok for Breakfast or pre- exercise
I bought this for the stay- at- home Breakfast. Since I practice an "on the go" lifestyle, I tried it as something novel. I found it to be ok for daily energy and of course the essential nutrients that V8 is famous for. If you enjoy V8 products then you will likely enjoy this too. The fruitier the mix the better the taste IMHO. I would recommend a more pro formulated drink post exercise however-- I found this product to upset my stomach after exercising.

Nice morning beverage without a ton of calories
Not my favorite flavor but nice morning drink with some nutritional value and a little caffeine to get you moving.

Good drink
Not sure why warmth is a thing but they take a moment to get used to for someone with a sweet tooth but they’re good if you’re trying to drink healthier energy drinks

Good "pick-me-up"
I like the flavor, not too tart, not too sweet. I don't suggest drinking it too late in the day.

Awesome energy drinks
These strawberry banana v8 energy drinks are better than coffee in the summer. Good substitute for my usual cop of joe when it's 90 degrees out. Recommended!
