Love this steam mop! It's made life easier to clean up after puppies. It's used multiple times daily and the pads are easy washed out with shower. Easy to fill, ready quickly, no leaks, velcro pads are so quick to put on and they get right up to edges, floors dry quickly and as it's so quick to pull out and use floors have never been cleaner 😀

I have only used this steam mop once so this is my initial summary. On the whole this is a good steam mop. The instructions are good and it is simple to put together. Not too heavy, seems quite well made, and is manoeuvrable. The one thing that really lets it down for me is that there is no on/off switch. If, say, you are using it with an extension lead and have to break off mopping for some reason, you have to get to the socket to turn it off. I know that's not a big deal but would have been so much better with an on/off switch. Also, it doesn't stand up. It has to be leant against something when not in use. But it cleans really well and, even on high steam, it doesn't leave the floor too wet.

Excellent value and superb performance. Easy to assemble, ready to use within 30 seconds. The clean on my tiled kitchen floor was fantastic, and also on vinyl bathroom floor. Highly recommed.

Great little mop, does the job abd is very easy to use. The eason for only 4 stars is that I them saw it in my local department store for £39.99 so very sad about that as I am on a small pension. It seems Shark do promotions on products regularly so do not automatically go on line.

I got this at a reduced price, and it's easily paid for itself. No more waiting forever for your kitchen floor to dry. Simple to use, and really makes easy work of even the toughest stains. Having a (relatively) bacteria-free floor is so important to odour, and not something that people often factor in, especially in a one-bedroom apartment. I have definitely noticed the difference. Complete bargain.
