I looked at dozens of conduit boxes before I found this one. We used this to enclose a non weatherproof remote to run our misters outdoors. It has several rubber plugs in predrilled holes to accommodate conduit, cords etc. which allowed flexibility in my mount position inside the box. also a foam gasket in the cover. Good depth helped too. Will buy again if needed.

I was disappointed in the plastic thickness and perceived durability for the cost. Also the mounting "places" (not sure what to call them) we rent holes. I tried to predrill through these places, but split the back of the box anyway. So not recommend for this price. It should be a $8 box.

I’ve had several of these boxes over the past 2 years. They’re easy to crack when installing, and after less than a year of exposure to sun and water the screws have rusted over and stripped out, the plastic is super brittle, but worst of all they start to warp and are no longer waterproof. I opened one today to find it full of water all the way up to my electronics. Luckily nothing expensive or hard to replace in there.

What I liked the most about this box was all the entry points. I have 8 cables and two splitters going in the box and with that many cables, its a lot easier when you have the options this box offers. Why I took a point off is because the cover screws in with -4- small screws, rather than just have a snap hinge with easy access. The other reason is the color. All the utility boxes on my house (cable/phone/electric/lawn sprinkler etc) are all gray and this thing is bright white. I was going to spray paint it, but its a very glossy, smooth finish and under the hot southern sun I am fairly certain the paint job would end up peeling in the end.

Good box, I like the design, but... the plastic is flimsy. I cracked the firt one I added while mounting it. I also added some silicone to help ensure the seals stay close in high winds since this is flimsy.

I used this box to make some custom junction boxes for an IP camera. The plastic is very soft and easy to drill and modify. Good for projects.

I use this to put a (technically) indoor cell phone booster on my roof. Has survived multiple texas rain storms and some pretty impressive heat. It's in the shade but it still gets 100+ up there. So far so good.

Sturdy. Well-made. Perfect for the job.

I used this to mount marine gauges in a waterproof environment. The dashboard on my boat is >25yrs old and I just re-wired the whole thing inside the box. Installed it as a pull-out drawer under the dash and it works great.
