This is not for toddlers.
I was excited to receive this for my 2 year old granddaughter. It does not provide good flotation and when I let her go , she went under water. She never became comfortable wearing this, and neither did I . It does not stay put with such big panels on the back. Very disappointed. I wouldn't even give this to someone else!! Try the puddle jumper flotation system instead. The sellers were very helpful in issuing a refund.

Great aid while learning to swim
This is amazing! We ditched our puddle jumper and only use this. My 2 year old (now 3) was swimming better than her 5 year old sister over the summer. It enables them to stay afloat while using their arms, which the puddle jumper inhibits arm mobility. I also love that as she gets better I can remove one of the floats at a time to wean her off of it. Highly recommend!!!

My little girl was swimming by the end of the week. Started with 3 and worked our way down. It gave her the conference she needed.

Not as good as the old oval shape floats that they use to make but it does the job.
