Quit working
I dropped it and it quit working. Can I get it repaired or replaced?

Convenient and accurate
I previously owned one of these scales for over 15 years. Despite some abuse, the scale kept working until it finally gave up the ghost. I checked the new Rapala scale against a highly accurate Chatillon scale and found the two scales agree to the nearest pound. I have no way to check how accurate ounce readings are.

Worked great
I use this to weigh my baby. Just put baby in sling, hook sling onto scale and lift a few inches above a soft surface, like a bed. I believe it gives an accurate weight.
