This was recommended to me by a very (beautiful) blonde haired friend. My hair is grey and white and it is wonderful for my hair as well. Great value, effective and leaves my hair soft and not dry. And smells wonderful.

My hair is naturally white. After trying what seems like EVERY shampoo on the market to keep white hair white (without the yellow bits); I have found my Shangri La. I love this shampoo and it does what it says it will do WITHOUT the purple/blue hue that I have suffered along the way with others. The color is muted as it comes out of the bottle - sort of a mid grayish with a hint of dark purple but not horrifically so. The fragrance is not overwhelming, but fresh and pleasant. It lathered up fantastically - I love to lather my hair and usually it takes half a bottle to be able to do that - not this shampoo......just a regular amount and I was able to really feel like I had washed my hair. It rinsed out well and left my wet hair very smooth and feeling lovely and clean. All in all - I am a huge fan and so very happy that at last, I can wash my hair without worrying about purple/blue undertones.

This shampoo is creamy and doesn't spill out all over the place when you dispense it. It is not as purple in hue as I would have liked, but I now put it on dry hair before shampooing vs. using on wet hair. I let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes at the roots and then pull through the rest of my hair. I was hoping for more coverage for my blonde to silver project but it's hard to know which to use because everyone's hair is different. I am ancient so my roots should already be white/silver but....not the case. The blonde I put in years ago is hanging on very tightly. However, I have used Goldwell products in the past and know they are a good brand.

shampoo and conditioner do not leave purple residue on hands. great results.

This is the best shampoo yet. Lathers with a bit of purple. But it also does so much more. It gives the appearance of blending the blonde grownup and makes the hair luxuriously non frizzy. Will try other products by them.

Where I live the sun is brutal on blond, silver or white hair causing it to get that yukky brassy yellow. This shampoo keeps my silver hair shimmery and soft - I love it.

I don’t see any difference in color or texture of my hair between this and any other purple shampoo I have used. Was hoping it would tone down the yellow, but it has not

I have used this product for many years and I absolutely love it. I have very fine hair so it gives me the body. I need. Thank you for having it for me.
