This works great in the car, just remember to think about where you are going to stick the metal circle. It looked great being of centre on my phone case, but then became unsteady when using in the car, a rookie mistake that was rectified with a spot of glue

Not too happy as I directly applied the adhesive to my phone and as soon as I got in my car for a journey with it being winter I had my car warm it melted the adhesive and unable to attach it anymore.

Thought I’d try this magnetic style phone holder after my old one broke (one you stick to the windscreen and put your phone in). Was initially impressed at how strong the magnet felt. It comes with 2 magnets, which I just put in my phone case rather than sticking it to my actual phone. Not sure if doing this has caused an issue with the wireless charging on my iPhone X, as since I’ve been using it, my phone now keeps on and off charging when on the pad (Wireless charging doesn’t work with the magnet still in my phone case so have to remove). The material of the holder is rubber/feels like rubber so you’d think it has good staying power in the air vents. However, it is defeated by the bumpy roads and potholes of England. Sometimes it will cause my phone to drop off the magnet And onto my car floor or other times the holder will slip out of the air vents (still attached to my phone) and drop to the floor whilst driving which isn’t great when I’m following maps. Will be going back to a holder that physically holds my phone and keeps it in place.

large metal plate didn’t come with a sticky back. And the prongs what attach to the vent came snapped so I can’t attach it’s useless. Wouldn’t buy

So, the magnetic phone holder is fantastic!I can use navigation on my phone hands free now! I like how this car phone holder vent doesn’t block the air vents and it’s incredibly stable.I drive on a bumpy road and the phone doesn’t move an inch! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who uses their phone for navigation!Great little car phone holder magnetic that actually holds my iPhone with the magnetic case!Others were not strong enough to do that! You get what you paid forOnly problem for me is that it wasn't great for bigger sized phones. As a road bump would drop your phoneOther than that. Its easy to install and great with normal sized phones. Still using it after a month of buying

I bought this to use in the car as I use my phone as a sat nav. It is a really good product, however you need to remember to turn off the vent that you use when using this product. As you don't want your phone to over heat.
