Danielson Polar Jumbo Creel, Brown, one Size (PC300)

I only gave 4 stars because it is not the top notch quality of my old 17 inch "Arcticreel" which was burnt up in a house fire. Looks good feels good, inner liner not as tough as Articreel. Price is good. Have not used it yet but believe it is next best creel for my purposes....

This is well made and reminds me of the creels I wore out as a kid. When you’re stream fishing for Trout, line this thing with long grass, dunk it enough to soak the canvas and your fish will stay cool even on a hot summer day. This creel is larger and holds fat Trout nicely!

For the most part this works well. I like to throw a small ice pack in the bag to keep things a bit cooler.The only part I don't like is that the flap is secured with a single button in the center. This means the ends of the bag flap are not very secure. Combine this with the plastic interior and slimy fish... I bent over, tilting the bag as I did, and the two fish I harvested slid right out of the opening. Fortunately I'd already cleaned them on the river and I was able to retain them. Really wish the opening/flap were more secure.

just what I need will hold some big trout

I'm returing it! It was sewn together crooked, and the plastic is then cheap, crinkled, wrinkled, and deformed, and the strap is way too short for me to use! JUNK!

Returned two of these and gave up ordering anymore. The first snap was broken when shipped. The second snap didn't even come close to lining up with the bag. Was disappointing because had this same creel for years and worked great.

overall, nice creel however the snap that holds top flap closed broke on its very first use. very disappointing.
