Doesn’t last long.
It’s good for sanding small areas, but if you need to do a lot or a big area i would almost get another one. I used it to sand my walls where i had to patch holes and i wasn’t able to sand all of them.

Gets into those corners and difficult areas to access, just this and elbow grease...
I am new to "refinishing" (furniture or anything else), but have purchased cover crayons/markers, slowly moved to patching, on to staining, then decided to tackle an antique small table that was an eyesore, but had sentimental value, and that I also knew was actually made out of wood--I know, remember when furniture was made from wood? So I tackled this, and with the assistance of this sponge and some stripper, I got down to the base, and am just trying to decide what color to stain it since I didn't really anticipate that it would work, and become a beautiful table I am pleased to show off...Just choosing it's placement so I know whether to stain cherry or oak. It worked for the entire table (size of a bedside table, so not large), but I got every crevice and nook by hand using this, but I did use it up. Have since purchased a second one. Very handy.

Strong, coarse, grit tool. Sands and washes up nicely for next job. Not cheap product.

This little sponge it's MAGIC!
I underestimated how many things you could do with it. Removes paint, limescale, scratches from metals, cleans surfaces, levels surfaces after using spackling compound, etcGreat buy for very little price

Useful for small home projects
I wanted some sandpaper that was not too course to use around the house. This sponge is just what I was hoping for. My current project is cleaning off and replacing the old felt cushions on the inside of all my kitchen cabinets and drawers. I needed something to take off the old adhesive residue and tiny pieces of stuck felt from the doors/drawers. I can gently sand away the gunk from the small areas with a corner of this sponge, wipe clean, and press in my new silicon bumpers. Easy as pie! I'm sure I'll find many other uses for this sponge.
