I am not a fan of peanut size bags. This bag is fast enough but also gives a nice tricep/shoulder workout...not too big and not too small (I chose their larger bag). Construction quality is good, balance is fine. Nothing fancy, just a well made product at a fair price.

This bag is still new I've only used it for short time, after my last speed bad lost its ability to hold air. The style was different than this bag but the brand is the same. I think that this one needs to broken in more but the one that failed on me was probably because I didn't take care of it.

Just got it and i like it! If you don’t know how to hit a speed bag i could see it being more challenging. I got the xs, so far so good and great price

Works great so far. I’d never trained with a speedbag prior to buying this. It seems to be durable enough for my needs and level of use. I would recommend this if you are looking to get started training with a speedbag and do not want to break the bank.

It remains to be seen the durability of this bag, but so far all is good. I tired of paying upwards of $40 just to have the bladder burst within a month. The bag is very small so consistently hitting the right spot to get a true bounce is more difficult than with a larger bag, but after one 20 minute session I had a good rythm going. The speed issue other reviewers mentioned does not seem to be an issue.

This bag is so slow. 5x7. My bigger bags are faster . Because the stitching is so thick it has big seems sending the bag in all directions. Ima return it and get better quality bag even if I have to drop a few extra dollars.
