I like these packets , they are easy to throw in my purse and anywhere I’m at i can buy a bottle of water and with my packet, make a sports drink i like on the go.

I can mix this up before I head out for a day in the yard and it keeps me hydrated and going. The 4 flavors are pretty strong in a 16oz water bottle, so I usually add a bit more water to mine. Taste of course is subjective so others may be very happy with the recommended 16oz of water. I have ordered these for the last couple of years and have no plans to stop. They are great to keep in your car or at home.

we mixed up a few pouches from each canister and kept our electrolytes going. the whole family enjoyed the flavors and were able to be hydrated the whole trip.

flavors are good, seems like i feel better drinking after exercising.

I have ordered this product a couple different times and everything was fine. This last time I have several that are solid hard - like rock hard,No longer powder.I would like to return the ones I have not opened .

Didn't give five stars because packets seem to have gotten wet. Each packet was hard and not powder like. Great tasting just not easy to dissolve.
