Q: With the daily dose of 2 soft gels, does that mean you only get 160mg of sawpalmetto ?

It should be 320 mg (160 mg per capsule) but it's only a 160 for 2! You're right this is not enough of this ingredient. The person that said you take two capsules to do this is wrong because the serving size is 2 capsules that means there's 160 mg in 2 capsules, which is not enough. Angry

Effective Relief

I'm writing this review because this supplement definitely works. I used to wake up a few times a night to take a leak, and it my flow was like a leaky faucet. Very frustrating. After about a week of using this, no more late night trips to the bathroom, and the flow is strong. Highly recommended

Not as good as others

Thought I would try this product from now. But it is not as effective as other products that I have used in the past. If you have minor prostate issues, this product should work. Just fine for you.
