I baked blueberry muffins last night and topped them with this right before I put them in the oven. They came out with the sugar exactly where I put it. It almost looks like pretzel salt. It gave the muffins a professional finish and the tops were nice and crunchy just like a bakery! I love this stuff!!! I had to take damp paper towels and try and get the carmelized sugar off.
