Fits my chihuahua cross perfectly. The harness is well made and lightly padded with no hard edges. This is more comfortable for my small dog especially when she’s resting against the solid frame of her car dog seat. The harness is also light enough to easily fit beneath her poor weather jacket (with a purpose made hole for the harness clip to pop through). The harness has a reflective on each side. Great for short haired dogs. My dogs fur covered these.
