I recently changed my office setup to remove my dedicated keyboard to move to using my laptop directly. My work often involves heavy spreadsheet work so having a dedicated number pad is key. This option works great on both my Mac & PC and the size fits well sitting beside a 13" laptop with the keyboard size matching the stand keys so it becomes very seamless. The build quality is great and mimics a mac type keyboard with low noise and very responsive inputs. I'd definitely recommend this for your PC & Mac needs!

I had super low expectations for this, and it has excelledin all areas over which I had concerns. - Size. it looked small, and I was worried about it sliding around due to low weight. its size and the key size areperfect, and the rubber feet it has have prevented all sliding, even as my meat sausage fingers pound on it. it doesnt move! - Ergonomics. in the pictures, the elevation from rear to top looked step. its perfect. I know I am overusing that word but this is just made by people who put a lot of time into actually using it. the angle makes it so you can rest your palm at the base, *without an annoying wristpad that never works*, and you can get to the top key row without having to break your wrist and tire out. - dreaded NUMLOCK - there was no numlock key on it. how can a numeric keypad not have a numlock key? I dunno, but it just works on my macbook! if i am in a program that uses numbers, they just work as numbers (such as a calculator or spreadsheet). If I am in a program that wants 1 to be distinct from NUMPAD 1, it works! for example in a video game I play (yes thats the reason i bought it…) if I hit 1 on the numpad in controls, it registers as NUMPAD 1 which is exactly what I want. No old school PC days of typing a bunch of stuff only to realize none of it entered bc you were in the wrong mode. this is always in the right mode, its smart! Best purchase in a while and happy to support a company that clearly spent a lot of time on the subtle detail like exact size and angle that really make the difference in using it more than 5 minutes. zero wrst pain.

I had no idea this existed but really wanted a 10 key for my Mac. This does the trick! Glad I purchased it!

Usually works perfectly. Occasionally it looses connection and has to be unplugged and replugged to work again.

The item was well packaged, arrived promptly and easy to set up. Simple plug and play, and instructions were included as well. You just have to ignore the popup on the Mac and you are good to go!

At first this was a great tool for my MacBook Pro. I've used it with Excel since I'm a heavy Excel User. Recently though, I don't know what happened but now everytime i use it for Excel, it enters a letter "G" right before the number. It's ONLY on Excel though, NOT on my browser, or iMessage, or anywhere else. Example: (123456789876543210) - I wrote these numbers using Macally Keypad. However (see picture) that's what I get when I use it on Excel. I unplugged and replugged, checked settings, and E-mailed Macally for any thoughts or assistance. Awaiting response. So beware, with EXCEL, it might not work, for me it at least it stopped working. If there's a fix or Macally Tech respond, I will change/update my review. But for now, only 2 stars until this is resolved. Update: I E-mailed them and in a couple days they responded asking to confirm the Model I have. A day later they were able to isolate the problem due to an update in the firmware from the Model I have and they asked for my address and mailed me a new one with the upgraded firmware. Now it works. So I changed my review to 5 stars because this Company ROCKS and customer service/technical support was fast and efficient, didn't ask much questions but were able to resolve my issue and get me a new Keypad that I received in a couple days. GREAT SERVICE! I'll definitely buy from them again! :)

The keypad works very well with my MacBook!

this ten-key does not stay powered with my macbook. i've tried troubleshooting the issue many times on chatgpt and google, and all possible solutions were unsuccessful. when I plug-in this ten-key, it works for a few minutes, and then stops functioning, until I unplug and replug.

It's ok. Was just a bit dissapointed when I discovered that the up/down arrows are not page up / page up down button, they work just as the normal up/down arrows on the built-in keyboard (i.e., as if you're scrolling with a mouse / does not scroll by page).

Being a lefty on a laptop this has solved a lot of issues. I gave up on spotty bluetooth models.

Got a new laptop but no side number key pad. Pain in the you know what. Not now with this. Love it! We are now rockin' and rollin'!
