Sturdy, easy to operate, large volume of space...I just loved it...Beyond my expectations and value for the money..The same product would have costed 20k in other brands for such a huge space and strong built quality ! Last but not least ..3 layered compact and fool proof packaging..it took me 15 min to remove all packaging covers and layers ..well secured !

There was a dent on the left edge.
The media could not be loaded. There was a dent on the left edge but the packing was proper so seems like quality check was not done properly before sending the locker. I still don't know of there is any other issue also. As I have to get the battery to start the locker.

Good product, good customer support
Knowing that this safe is electronic and chances of the program not working as expected is high, I wanted to be sure that i get support on the product if need be.I chose Dolphy brand because I had a good experience with their support team in resolving an issue which I had with one of their product in past.Coming to the SAFE, it is well built and of good quality. With the safe i received, i had challenges settingup things like master code, home mode etc and i had to reach out to the support team (yet again didn't disappoint me) who were sincere and committed in resolving my issues promptly.Overall good combination of product + customer support.
