This shower gel was okay. I didn’t care for it personally. I like the cleansing oil better. It didn’t seem as moisturizing.

I have dry to very dry skin, in a hard water area, so showers are complicated. I use a water filter in my shower head which helps. But I searched for a soap that washes me thoroughly without stripping my skin of all oils. I had tried oil based washes but they are a bit too thick for me to feel like I'm getting really clean. I landed on this one, and I like it. Gets my skin very clean, but never feels tight or too dry. I use as the first step of my multi step shower ritual: wash with a scrub brush, follow with a sugar or salt scrub with essential oils to exfoliate and moisturize in key areas, and end with a bath oil that locks in moisture, and rinse away any excess so I'm not greasy. That is the formula that has kept my skin healthy and practically eliminated my need for body creams and lotions. Sometimes I my bath oil is a scented body oil that adds an extra bit of pampering. I've created a few rituals to my bath time, lavender, rose and sandalwood. This shower gel gives me a great neutral start to my pampering. Whether I'm taking a quick shower, or giving myself a mini spa experience, this shower gel is my first step must have. Enjoy!
