how many liquid ounces does each bag hold?

someone has claimed that these hold 10.5 ounces. Not sure how they are doing that. The most I am able to put in one pouch is 4 oz. Also, I do not think they are made of slicone. They are fun though.

Can these pouches be heat/vacuum sealed?

So I just tried it's hard for it to necessarily vacuum but they do heat seal but the FoodSaver barely did it I would suggest the separate sealer

Are these bags reusable and/or recyclable?

NO, after you fill them, the best way to eat what is inside is to cut the sealable part off. recycles depend on your local jurisdiction and my city would not want these in the recycle containers as we recently moved to not bagging recyclables.
