Didn’t work

We have just been given food waste bins by the council and I wanted something to help with the food smell from the caddy. I wanted something like this to get rid of the smell rather than mask it. We empty the bin a few times a week, even though it’s not full, as the bin still smells despite using these. Also we’ve only used it for 2 weeks and mould is growing on it despite food not touching it.

Stuck it to the underside of the lid. Kept falling off.

Ordered these to help with smell from bin for used nappies, fits fine on the bin lid but only works for a day or so then that’s it. Most likely for normal food bin.

Used these on my kitchen bin. Did not work with the smell at all.

Have only used for a couple of days on cat litter tray so far so good. We up date later.
