A beautiful thoughtful gift...
I love how you can personalize this gift to perfectly fit the personality of the person you are gifting it to. The sound is great, the quality is great and the price is great! What's not to love?! I also received it sooner than they said I would. It was for my 3 year old great nephew who was turning 3, when his mom, my niece, opened it, she got a little emotional. It was a beautiful moment.

Disappointing
The only aspect of the product that was satisfactory was the printed message. The product itself is tiny, the mechanism is of poor quality. The handle that cranks the mechanism is a joke. Wish it had a spring with a key. The sound quality is poor. In my opinion, just not worth the money. Wish I had done more research.

A gift that can really be treasured
I bought these as christmas gifts for my daughter and her close friend. They are both 14 and absolutely loved them. They are very light weight and look exactly like the picture. The engravings are perfect and they do take on a sense of "homemade" feel to them which makes them very precious. They don't fall apart and the quality of the box is suprisingly sturdy.

Overpriced for what I received
The music box was intricate in detail. But the music box is Cheap and Flimsy! I am very upset! To hear the music, you have to constantly turn the flimsy plastic crank. And for this to be advertised on Amazon for $23...What a RIP OFF! Found out later, of course, I could have purchased this from eBay for $6.00-$8.00! And if I had known the quality of the product, I would have never purchased it at all! A Great Disappointment!

Quality service and craftsmanship
Let me say I would 100% buy this again.My 4 year old daughter LOVES it.I contacted the company at 11pm they answered less then 8 min later! What great service. Sound quality is amazing for what it is. I love it you won’t be dissapointed trust me.
