Disappointed as some of the calls got dropped and some were had static making it hard to understand. For a second line you might want to consider this but my wife didn't want to keep paying the payments to keep it going so it is now just disconnected and collecting.

Horrendous tech support
Save your money for other competing devices. Nettalk support is pathetic. The device stopped working properly after a few months and tech support was a joke. Ridiculously long waits to have a junior tech fumble around my PC and demand admin access to my router. Then he hung up when I questioned the need to access my router after we knew the device had been working for a few months.

not good for a primary phone
not good for a primary phone. Not stable - service goes down for days at a time. It is great when it works. I can't even port the number to a different provider. I should not have been tempted by the cheap price.

Their product is great, but their technical support is lacking. Their website is buggy so to activate a new NetTalk DUO device, which should take 5 minutes, has taken 3 chat sessions over multiple days. And when I called their support number hoping this would be faster, I'm still on hold now and it's been over an hour!
