 Love this product! The power bands are made of good quality material and grip very well! I enjoy the sliders since it allows for more variety of exercises as you can combine all the equipment! There are also free workout videos that you can view to help get you started! The shipping was very quick, I received it the next day!! Everything comes in a nice little pouch to keep everything together and organized. I would 100% recommend this product, especially if you are interested in home workouts!

When I purchased this resistance band set, I had only ever used rubber resistance bands, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the “non-slip” feature sold me. After using this set for a full week, I gave my rubber resistance bands away – that’s how amazing these are!First, the core sliders. They’re durable and easily used on carpet and hard floors. I posted a photo of the green backings to show what they look like after a week of being used on the floor. Notice the scratches? That’s normal. I also posted a photo of the foam. Still plush and intact and unphased by my abuse.The bands are different resistance levels (green is my favorite for squats). They are exceptionally well made (see the photo I posted of the stitching) and those little black lines on the inside of all the bands? Those are the non-slip grips. Yes, they *really* stay in place! Because the bands stay in place, you’re getting a great burn without needing to stop and adjust (thank you!)I’ve noticed a difference in my intensity and calorie burn via my Garmin fitness watch since using the bands. Up until now, you feel confident that your leg and thigh workouts have been satisfactory, then you add these in and realize you’ve been a wimp. The first few times, I couldn’t get through 20 squats without collapsing, whereas without them I was doing 30-50 with weights in my hands. There is a very noticeable difference when you’re wearing these bands. The great thing is that because you're getting in such an intense workout, you don't need to sweat it out for as long, so I've been able to shave 15 minutes off my time and still get an intense workout and great calorie burn!The carry bag is a bonus. I have a ton of stuff strewn around my treadmill and yoga mats, so a fitness product that includes a bag for carrying or storage is a huge bonus for me. I can put the bands and sliders back in the bag and hang it on the arm of my treadmill – super easy!Overall, I HIGHLY recommend these bands. If you’re debating on whether to make the purchase, just do it. After sweating through your first session, you’ll question your sanity, but you’ll be glad you did.

Love these hip bands, great quality and they do not roll up or slip on my legs like the latex ones do which to me is the BIGGEST reason I needed them. I'm using the loops for hip thrust exercises, to stretch my hip flexors and related muscle groups, and the core sliders for everything core and abs really. Came with a workout guide in video format & a gym bag that I'll be using for the bands and sliders and my other gym stuff. Safe to say that im very satisfied with this brand.

I am a distance runner and needed to work on my glutes, hammies, etc. These bands and the accompanying "how to" videos are just what I was looking for; in addition, the customer support is beyond excellent. I asked for a video for a specific workout and within a day, the video was posted online. You can't ask for better support than that! Highly recommend these resistance bands!

This product comes with 3 hip circles in small, medium, and large size, as well as a pair of core sliders. These also come with a nice drawstring bag to store them in. I have been really enjoying implementing the use of the hip circles into my workout routine. My main use for them has been warming up before exercises like the squat and the deadlift. You can also use the hip circles on your arms to do assisted pushups. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend them to people looking for resistance bands at a fair price.

I had been researching different brands and bundles of these products for a while and came across many, many brands that looked like they might be cheap quality and therefore sold at a lower price point. I really wanted something good quality, a set with multiple bands, and the core slider discs as well. Right off the bat upon receiving these, I could tell they are great quality. The packaging is professional looking, the carrying bag isn't some cheap material, and neither are the actual products themselves. The resistance on these things is definitely no joke! I'm just getting back into working out after several months, and I'm definitely going to feel the burn with these! They don't seem to slip at all which is huge. I bought cheap latex bands previously and they slipped and rolled and just didn't work well for squatting exercises. The core slider discs look really well made as well, and I look forward to using them a lot!Also, customer service has been amazing! I sent a message to the company on Instagram and received a message back with a 10% discount code after I expressed my interest in their product bundle.  I used to own the latex ones and I don't know why I never got these fabric ones .... They don't roll up on my legs and they're actually a challenge! Couldn't recommend them enough. Also came with a little bag for the gym and some videos to follow along to which is pretty sweet
