Exactly what I was looking for

My first one star review ever. but well deserved. Long story short in the headline. Bought one, arrive the next day . DOA, did not charge. charger didn't even light the red LED (my old original battery which died at least turns the red LED). Amazon sent replacement, same thing. Worst product I ever encountered at amazon.

I gave it three stars, not because of the product (because the battery did not work), but because of the customer support. They were very helpful and asked if I wanted a refund or have them send another battery. The battery they first sent was the correct part number, but did not fit correctly causing it not to work. Hoping it was a one off and I did want a replacement battery before the original stopped working I chose to try another battery over a refund. Within days the second battery arrived, bit it was like the first one and did not work. When I told the supplier they again offered a refund and in little time the money was back in my account. So, while the product was no good, their customer support is spot on. They treat their customer right. Thank you,

Did not take a charge on the Bose charger but did off a smart battery charger and once charged to 4+ volts works in my qc3. It’s not the contacts but perhaps The charger knows it’s not a Bose battery???

I bought two of these and they will not charge or work, avoid buying, total junk and waste of time

Battery will not charge. Do not buy, big ripoff.

Plastic chrome decorative piece fell off after one day. Don’t really need the decor to work.

One of the two wouldn’t charge. We had to pay to ship them back for refund. We thought Amazon prime would cover that. Very dissatisfied. Still waiting for refund
