Seagull Guitar Strap (37339)

The suede strap is very well made and matches my Seagull beautifully.In fairness, this is a replacement for the strap I received initially. That strap had noticeable burn marks that I thought might have been caused when the plastic bag it arrived in was sealed with a hot iron. I'm not sure. However, I took the time to contact "Andy" at Butler music and explained my problem.He asked for a picture of the original strap with the marks. Then he contacted Seagull and they sent me a replacement strap that is entirely satisfactory. Hats off to Andy for the good customer service correcting the problem. The replacement strap was not packed in a plastic bag as the original was.

Not as described and pictured, so no the product was not up to the expected quality.

What I recieved is differnt than the actual picture. The picture shows the strap with a patch of the logo sewn onto the strap which is what I was looking for. The strap I received has the logo stamped into the leather, not what I wanted. Nothing in the discription says anything about this and with this being a Christmas gift for my daughter, there is no way of getting a replacement in time. It's unfortunate that I'm left to have to settle for something after spending $ on something I'm not satisfied with. If only they could've honest with the consumer in the 1st place.

This is a very nice strap and very soft as to protect the guitar. My only issue is the strap is about 2 inches too short. I have to play with the guitar a little higher than normal. That being said the quality and workmanship is very good.

This is a very beautiful suede strap the picture here doesn't do it justice, nice and wide! and there is no backing on it it will slide, I had no problems adjusting the guitar to the correct angle for me to play. If you like earth tones go for this!

I like a suede strap since they won't slide around on your shoulder. This is the second one that I purchased. So, I like it

Not at all as described and pictured. I specifically purchased this because of the leather sewn-on dark brown logo. Clearly not the same (or desired) product. Product is being returned.

Good quality! I like the look, but it sticks to your shoulder like glue. I like a strap that moves with me and around. Maybe a vinyl backing would be great for this good looking strap!

It’s a really nice Strap! But it does not have the black and gold seagull logo which was very disappointing:(
